Posted by in marriage, Religious Freedom

The family is ordained of God. Marriage between man and woman is essential to His eternal plan.

Preparedness in Three Baby Steps at a Time

Posted by in Emergency Preparedness, End times, Faith in Jesus Christ

Though bad things have always happened, indications are that new and more intense threats now face Americans, and we would all be wise to prioritize our personal security through a plan of home and family preparedness.

Preserving Gems of the Past

Posted by in Faith in Jesus Christ, Family, Genealogy

When you were in my class you sometimes wore blue jeans underneath your dress. Do you remember why I eventually went to your mom and had to ask her not to let you wear blue jeans underneath your dress? Margie, on the days you wore blue jeans under your dress you would beat up the boys on the playground and get in trouble.

Posted by in Christian Teachings, Mormonism, Religion

The Lord’s commandment to “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father.” Matt. 5:48 ( 3 Ne. 12:48 ) has been misinterpreted to mean perfection of condition rather than perfecting of character. The Celestial Kingdom is populated by those who have spent their lives refining their hearts and minds to think, reason, understand, and act more like Jesus Christ.

Mormons and the “Equality” Deception: It’s Not Just Politics Anymore

Posted by in Abnormal Psychology, Christian Teachings, Gay Marriage, Mormonism

Beyond that, “Mormons for Equality” and associated groups lobby state governments to eliminate the definition of marriage as between one man and one woman to include homosexuals and their rainbow of sexual arrangements.

Posted by in 2012 Elections, Family, Women's Interests
Women in America

The American mother is not simply a guardian of the nest, but the guardian of liberty as well. Motherhood is not just nurturing the future generation, but preserving the future into which that generation will walk.
